iWinDex is a software utility designed to maintain the Windows® file system through the use of scheduled tasks. Tasks can be scheduled on any interval desired. Common uses include the maintenance of IIS log files or Exchange/SMTP "badmail" directories. Since these types of directories often consume large amounts of disk space, they must be cleaned manually.
Tasks that normally take hours to complete manually can be performed in seconds by iWinDex. Additionally, tasks performed by iWinDex are more thorough and accurate. All of this is done without the need to have an interactive user logged into the machine because it runs as a Windows® service.
